• Identify, pursue, and secure new wholesale fuel clients within designated regions.
• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to expand both branded (e.g., Shell, Citgo, Marathon, Sunoco) and unbranded fuel portfolios.
• Conduct market analysis to uncover competitive opportunities and potential dealer prospects.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and participation in trade shows.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience from initial engagement to contract finalization.
• Collaborate with internal teams—supply, dispatch, credit, and legal—to finalize product supply agreements and guarantee compliance.
• Foster ongoing relationships to enhance customer retention and increase volume growth.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, supply agreements, and renewal terms.
• Provide weekly reports to management regarding performance metrics, market activities, and competitive insights.
• 3–5 years of experience in fuel sales, petroleum distribution, or energy marketing (preferred).
• Understanding of branded and unbranded fuel supply chains, rack pricing, allocations, and relationships with haulers.
• Demonstrated success in business development, negotiation, and managing long-term accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel regionally as necessary.
