This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Accountable for overseeing the Profit & Loss (P&L) management.
• Leading PerkinElmer's Sales and Services team across Latin America.
• Aligning commercial initiatives with both local and corporate strategies.
• Crafting the Sales Plan for all current segments within the region.
• Effectively managing the annual budget for expenses and investments.
• Ensuring comprehensive coverage throughout the LATAM region.
• Fostering the development and motivation of the entire team.
• Unifying all company divisions under a cohesive strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Science.
• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Business Management.
• Experience in P&L management.
• Proficiency in forecasting.
• Expertise in pricing products and services.
• Basic technical knowledge of the applications of the company's products.
• Strong negotiation skills and consultative sales experience.
• Skills in coaching and mentoring.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in management roles.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, SAP, and CRM systems.
