This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for increasing revenues in Central Europe while overseeing all aspects of the customer purchasing experience, including opportunity identification, revenue enhancement, risk management, project profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Foster senior-level relationships within your accounts and channel partners.
• Lead teams in generating new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through acquiring new logos and expanding existing customer accounts, ensuring the team is well-organized and executing effectively on a larger scale.
• Offer continuous strategic advice on customer segmentation, coverage models, sales methodologies, and operational processes.
• Utilize and analyze data proficiently to identify trends and foresee challenges.
• Engage with and influence senior leaders and clients to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve quarterly regional Net New Annual Contract Revenue (NNACV) sales targets.
• Develop and implement a regional business plan that outlines booking goals, pipeline targets, key accounts, territory assignments, and activity metrics (such as prospecting, meetings, and Proof of Concepts), measuring progress monthly.
• Collaborate with marketing to formulate a demand generation strategy that supports pipeline growth. Refine positioning and messaging based on feedback from prospects and customers.
• Establish a culture of continuous learning within the team through regular training sessions (weekly, monthly, quarterly), resulting in a skilled and professional field team capable of delivering compelling educational conversations and managing the sales cycle effectively.
• Mentor and train each field team member to achieve a minimum capability level within their first 30 days of onboarding — focusing on targeting the right prospects and accounts, delivering an engaging teaching pitch, qualifying leads, and recommending suitable actions.
• Provide accurate weekly forecasts for the region's business performance.
• Position yourself as a trusted resource for customers and prospects.
• Leverage existing relationships with prospects.
• Demonstrate competence as a sales practitioner — capable of leading executive sales calls and delivering a persuasive challenger pitch.
• Develop an education-focused approach for ongoing improvement in the field.
• Actively participate in the field with your team — coaching and supporting them by engaging in calls with prospects, customers, and partners.
• Concentrate on customer product acceptance and collaborate with field and support teams on customer success. Guide the company through the renewal process with customers at various stages of acceptance.
• Provide actionable market and customer insights to executive and product teams.
• Work closely with sales leaders to define and refine go-to-market strategies and tactics.
• Lead and coordinate sales strategy and contract negotiations.
• Over 10 years of successful leadership experience, including field sales experience in the cybersecurity software/technology sector.
• Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding annual team quotas and surpassing performance targets.
• Experience in managing and closing NEW business within the Fortune 1000.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive results from both revenue and profitability perspectives.
• Executive presence and C-suite savvy; outstanding interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision.
• Customer-centric approach that embodies a "hands-on" leadership style.
• Self-motivated with a strong focus on forecasting, sales operations, and CRM processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
