Regional Vice President – Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee, mentor, and assess sales personnel to meet organizational objectives

• Market eyewear products to designated accounts by nurturing existing relationships and pursuing new opportunities

• Leverage comprehensive knowledge of the company's services, products, and marketing strategies to achieve growth targets and operational objectives

• Develop and execute strategic business plans tailored to the specific needs of key accounts to enhance membership retention and identify new sales opportunities

• Build and strengthen business relationships with executives of current and potential clients

• Track performance metrics to ensure sales targets are met

• Inform customers about industry trends and pricing to support their business decisions

• Keep up-to-date knowledge of both existing and new products/services as well as general industry information to provide accurate data

• Serve as a liaison between various departments and clients to ensure service expectations are fulfilled

• Work collaboratively with marketing and product development teams to meet customer needs and analyze market insights

• Use sales automation tools to conduct inquiries, maintain records, and generate reports

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

• Seven years of direct outside sales experience

• Three years of experience in sales management

• Exceptional written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills

• Proven history of achieving sales/revenue targets with significant account responsibility

• Extensive understanding of underwriting, products, services, and the healthcare sector

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

• Clean driving record

• Capacity to obtain and maintain any necessary agent licensing requirements for any state(s) within the assigned sales territory
