This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Accountable for expanding Newport’s distribution of non-qualified retirement plan services
• Cultivate relationships with advisors and third-party entities
• Advise advisors on enhancing their business through the implementation of Newport Institutional Solutions products
• Deliver timely updates within the customer relationship management system (CRM)
• Collaborate with a team that consistently achieves revenue targets
• 5 to 10 years of experience in NQDC plan sales
• Demonstrated success in selling corporate-owned life insurance and associated products
• Extensive knowledge of nonqualified retirement plans, COLI, and BOLI (experience with qualified plans is also beneficial)
• Strong relationships with wirehouses, consulting firms, accounting firms, BGAs, and similar organizations
• Proven experience in developing a network of loyal, long-lasting relationships
• Up to 30% travel
