Regional Vendor Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee, manage performance, and ensure compliance of vendor partners within designated customer programs.

• Guarantee consistent, high-quality service delivery, disciplined operational execution, and complete adherence to KBS standards.

• Drive continuous enhancement of the commercial, operational, and performance results of KBS Vendor Partners.

• Implement vendor accountability through the EAAP framework (Escalations, Attendance, Audits, Projects).

• Provide support for the Vendor Partner (EPV) program.

• Analyze performance trends and execute process improvements.

• Facilitate one-on-one meetings to promote accountability and achieve results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management, operations, or facilities services.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in commercial negotiation and problem-solving.

• Experience in multi-site service delivery and vendor performance management.

• Preferred background in facility services and janitorial operations.

• Familiarity with IVR systems and service platforms (e.g., Service Channel, Corrigo) is preferred.
