Regional Transition Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Accountable for supporting the RM/RVP and site team in achieving operational excellence for newly acquired properties through an efficient transition process.

• Serve as a support associate to the RM/RVP, carrying out assigned tasks to facilitate the successful implementation of the 90-day plan.

• Assist Operations in carrying out transition action items to guarantee optimal property performance.

• Oversee the recruitment efforts of the on-site team by sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, and conducting initial interviews.

• Onboard and provide individual training for each associate on Bell's policies, procedures, processes, and systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible management experience in service and/or property management.

• At least three (3) years of recent experience within a company that employs 500 or more individuals.

• Multi-site experience is preferred.

• Experience with lease-up, renovation, acquisition, and/or disposition is a plus.
