Regional Training Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• In the role of Regional Training Supervisor, you will be instrumental in implementing the playbook for success, equipping technicians, CSRs, leaders, and sales teams with essential tools to foster Guild Garage Group’s growth.

• You will work in partnership with a nationwide network of garage door companies to provide innovative training and coaching programs, ensuring our workforce is consistently prepared to deliver exceptional results.

• Additionally, you will utilize your expertise in data and analytics to monitor the effectiveness of our programs, showcasing how your contributions are driving growth and fostering innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or a related discipline, with a proven track record of supporting and developing others.

• A solid grasp of adult learning principles and experience in delivering engaging, performance-oriented training.

• Capability to establish credibility and influence operational leaders through coaching, collaboration, and accountability rather than through authoritative measures.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, coaching, and relationship-building skills, all underpinned by a customer-service orientation.

• Highly organized with robust project management abilities and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities, brands, stakeholders, and time zones concurrently.

• Naturally collaborative, with the ability to work across functions and forge strong partnerships throughout departments.

• Experience with or willingness to learn Learning Management Systems (experience with ADP LMS is advantageous) along with comfort in utilizing data and reporting to assess training efficacy and identify growth opportunities.

• Openness to travel approximately 25% of the time to support field teams, enhance partnerships, and provide training across our brands.
