This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Create training programs by conducting needs assessments, designing curricula, developing training materials, creating learning modules, and establishing competency frameworks aligned with patient support operations.
• Conduct training through in-person classroom sessions, virtual platforms, field observations, and individual coaching sessions.
• Assess the effectiveness of training by measuring knowledge retention, evaluating skill application, analyzing performance metrics, collecting feedback from stakeholders, and implementing necessary improvements.
• Ensure that training content complies with current HIPAA standards, privacy laws, pharmaceutical guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with district managers, clinical leadership, quality assurance, and operations teams to identify performance deficiencies and promote continuous improvement.
• Manage training logistics, which includes scheduling sessions, coordinating attendance, securing venues and technology, maintaining learning management systems, and tracking completion and certification records.
• Develop orientation programs for new hires and resources for career advancement.
• Guide trainers and enhance training capabilities throughout the region.
• A bachelor's degree in social work, health sciences, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in patient services, case management, pharmaceutical operations, healthcare services, or a related field is required.
• Experience in a sales role or as a Field Case Manager within a patient support program is considered a valuable asset.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is considered a valuable asset.
• A Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing is preferred for nursing candidates.
• Certification as a Certified Case Manager (CCM), Case Management Administrator (ACM-SW), or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Certification as a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), or an equivalent certification is preferred.
