This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +5 more states.
β’ Facilitate and execute product-focused sales presentations and training sessions for the entire Nice North America product range.
β’ Aid in the introduction of new products by assisting in the creation and delivery of training modules for these products.
β’ Certify sales representatives on new products and ensure annual certification on the full Nice North America product line.
β’ Establish yourself as the authority on the design, understanding, and application of Nice North America products.
β’ Engage in relevant trade shows, sales meetings, planning sessions, and special events.
β’ Keep sales managers informed about market trends and dynamics.
β’ Coordinate training initiatives with the regional sales manager.
β’ Provide comprehensive technical support both on-site and remotely.
β’ High School Diploma.
β’ At least 4 years of relevant experience, ideally within the CEDIA channel.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Capable of effectively presenting information in both individual and group settings.
β’ Experience with control system programming is advantageous.
β’ Proficient in troubleshooting complex AV/Control systems both on-site and remotely.
β’ Familiarity with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and NetSuite.
β’ Experience using PowerPoint and Adobe Captivate.
β’ Must possess the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
