Regional Technical Manager – SEAP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Delivers technical assistance to sales teams, distributors, and customers to improve product efficacy and stimulate sales growth.

• Aids in the formulation of sales strategies, budgeting, and marketing initiatives in collaboration with regional teams.

• Directs and implements technical sales efforts in coordination with partners and sales personnel.

• Recognizes new business prospects and areas for ongoing enhancement.

• Establishes and nurtures robust relationships with customers, distributors, and key players in the industry.

• Engages with major accounts (such as feed mills, integrators, and farms) by providing customized technical solutions and value-added services.

• Assists in the development of distributor sales teams through training, technical support, and teamwork.

• Executes and monitors field trials, evaluates data, and converts findings into actionable solutions for customers.

• Manages sample coordination, logistics, and laboratory assistance across designated markets.

• Creates technical content and participates in seminars, webinars, and industry communications.

• Collaborates closely with cross-functional and global teams to ensure consistent execution.

• Assumes additional responsibilities as needed by the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent qualification.

• Over 10 years of regional experience in feed additives, preferably with a focus on swine.

• Extensive technical knowledge coupled with a strong commercial perspective.

• Practical farm experience is essential.

• Familiarity with specialty feed additives is required.

• Well-connected with industry stakeholders and influential opinion leaders.

• Results-driven with excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills.

• Capable of identifying needs, providing effective solutions, and supporting sales initiatives.
