• Spearhead and shape the regional strategy, emphasizing influencer marketing, social media expansion, and community development.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a local team within your region.

• Discover new market potentials, establish brand partnerships, and initiate event collaborations to enhance TEVEO’s local footprint.

• Design and implement regional events, influencer engagements, and brand experiences.

• Manage influencer recruitment and relationship cultivation to secure impactful brand collaborations.

• Maintain brand alignment and consistency across all regional social media platforms and campaigns.

• Evaluate regional performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

• Work closely with the global team on seasonal campaigns, product launches, and cross-market initiatives.

• Serve as the regional brand ambassador, representing TEVEO at local events, partnerships, and community engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Over 8 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand management, social media, and business development, preferably within the sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.

• Proven leadership track record in managing multi-market teams or regional marketing operations.

• Strong expertise in developing new markets and enhancing regional brand visibility.

• Demonstrated ability to successfully organize events, partnerships, or influencer activations.

• Exceptional strategic, analytical, and communication skills.

• Proficient in English.

• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and influencer landscapes.
