
Regional Surveying Manager – South

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide leadership across the South region.
• Oversee and manage a regional team focused on Surveying Services.
• Attain business goals while delivering high-quality surveying services to clients.
• Assist the Operations Director, Surveying, in identifying and converting new business opportunities.
• Develop and lead the Regional Surveying Services Team by optimizing resource use.
• Ensure the achievement of performance objectives and maintain a high level of staff competence.
• Collaborate with other managers and business units to improve client satisfaction.
• Identify areas for audit improvements and ensure the execution of change measures.
• Manage a personal caseload and revenue generation suitable for the size of the regional team.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge of building construction, health and safety, and contract management.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong IT competency and literacy.
• Exhibit personal and professional integrity while leading by example.
• Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
• Capable of working accurately under pressure while meeting deadlines and service standards.
• Experience in a team leadership role is preferred, but not mandatory.
