This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver technical support to customers and staff across the entire Yaskawa America product range.
• Execute preventive maintenance and emergency repair activities.
• Ensure safety protocols are adhered to both on-site and at customer locations.
• Offer technical training to Field Service Technicians and Service Application Technicians.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to coordinate service support initiatives.
• An Associate’s Degree (AA) along with six years of relevant experience and/or training; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and comprehensive automobile insurance.
• Proficient in troubleshooting a wide array of robotic systems.
• Experience in performing preventive maintenance on robots, controllers, and related equipment.
• Skilled in the in-depth repair of robots, controllers, and associated equipment.
