Regional Supply Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Supervise supply chain operations throughout the network and collaborate with the team to support the fleet.

• Take ownership of supply oversight for produce channels, manage grocery channel operations, and oversee services and smallwares channels.

• Manage cost structures to align the cost of goods sold with the financial objectives of the company.

• Attain cost savings targets through the implementation of strategic initiatives.

• Improve operator service metrics, which include on-time delivery, order accuracy, and compliance with full specifications.

• Utilize data to monitor and implement performance dashboards, leading metrics, and KPIs, while reporting on supply chain performance.

• Plan and execute risk management programs as necessary.

• Implement comprehensive supply management plans for the 36 periods ahead, based on a 3-Year NPV.

• Utilize data analytics for demand forecasting and optimizing supply strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in regional supply chain management, logistics, and distribution operations, with expertise in advanced logistics and inventory management systems.

• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in transportation and inventory management technologies.

• Familiarity with procurement processes and regional supply chain dynamics, emphasizing data-driven decision-making.

• Dedication to advancing sustainability in regional supply chain practices, with experience in executing sustainable logistics and procurement strategies.

• Knowledge of regenerative agriculture, animal welfare standards, Greenhouse Emissions (Scope 1, 2 & 3), Foodservice Traceability Systems, and waste management systems is advantageous.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of influencing success in regional teams and partnerships.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Capability to develop and implement strategic regional supply chain initiatives.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically and strategically.
