This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Oversee the on-site operations, management, and regulatory adherence of SBA locations within the designated geographic region.
• Ensure the structural integrity, safety, and regulatory compliance of assigned assets.
• Conduct and document site safety and compliance inspections in line with FAA/FCC and safety regulations.
• Identify, document, rectify, and report site safety and compliance concerns; halt unsafe work or shut down sites as necessary.
• Address safety, regulatory, and operational challenges and escalate unresolved issues with recommendations.
• Complete Tenant Installation Notices in Mobile Manager within 24–48 hours of confirmed installation dates.
• Perform regular site audits and finalize site summaries within 24 hours following lease execution.
• Manage trouble tickets, choose and dispatch contractors, and serve as the operational acceptance point of contact for new equipment installations.
• Oversee repairs, maintenance, inspections, security, alarm monitoring, and lighting systems for tower assets.
• Respond to emergencies and repair tower damage resulting from natural disasters, weather events, falls, or other causes.
• Update CADD drawings as required.
• Manage the Notice to Proceed process, tracking tower modification schedules, approving start dates, and issuing NTPs.
• Conduct A&E and pre- and post-construction walks for new leases and amendments.
• Represent SBA in interactions with Ground Owners, addressing complaints, mediating disputes, resolving grievances, and responding to inquiries.
• Gather and track site information including fiber, generators, lighting systems, and monitoring systems.
• Manage M&A trackers and transition acquired sites into SBA control.
• Maintain the company vehicle in accordance with DOT and Fleet department standards.
• Perform Colocation RSM responsibilities as needed, such as co-location approvals, site walks, inspections, drops and swaps, and tower enhancements.
• Supervise structural engineering, tower and foundation processes, project timelines, reports, tenant/application schedules, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Manage Structural PORs and coordinate structural modifications with engineering firms and vendors.
• Prepare and submit purchase order requests for engineering letters, structural analyses, modification drawings, geotechnical reports, foundation investigations, and tower mappings.
• Review construction drawings, building permits, certificates of insurance, and scopes of work necessary for NTP issuance.
• Carry out additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of experience in field operations.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
• Valid government-issued driver's license.
• Capability to meet the physical demands and work conditions specified, including occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, and exposure to extreme cold, heat, humidity, wet conditions, noise, hazards, atmospheric conditions, and vibrations.
• Candidates receiving a conditional job offer for a safety-sensitive role must successfully complete a drug test.
