This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Oversee the on-site management, operations, and regulatory compliance for SBA locations within the designated geographic region.
• Ensure the structural integrity, safety, and regulatory adherence for assigned assets.
• Conduct and document FAA/FCC and safety-regulation site inspections.
• Identify, document, rectify, and report site safety and compliance concerns.
• Address safety, regulatory, and operational challenges or escalate them with recommendations.
• Submit Tenant Installation Notices and complete site summaries within stipulated timelines.
• Manage trouble tickets and coordinate with contractors to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Serve as the operational acceptance point of contact for new equipment installations.
• Supervise contractor work and reject unsafe, inappropriate, or non-compliant tasks.
• Oversee repair, maintenance, inspection, security, alarm monitoring, lighting, and safe operation of tower assets.
• Respond to incidents of tower damage, emergencies, and incident response situations.
• Update and modify CADD drawings as site details evolve.
• Manage the Notice to Proceed process, tower modification timelines, approvals, and issuance of NTPs.
• Conduct A&E and pre- and post-construction site walks.
• Foster relationships with Ground Owners, Managers, and Public Officials, addressing complaints, disputes, grievances, and inquiries.
• Collect and monitor site information, including fiber, generators, lighting, and monitoring systems.
• Manage M&A trackers and transitions to SBA oversight.
• Maintain the company vehicle in compliance with DOT and Fleet department standards.
• Execute Colocation RSM responsibilities as necessary, including co-location approvals, site walks, inspections, tower enhancements, structural engineering coordination, PO requests, and NTP documentation reviews.
• Undertake other projects and duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 to 5 years of field operations experience.
• Valid government-issued driver's license.
• Domestic travel required.
• Ability to perform frequent standing, walking, sitting, talking, hearing, and coordination of eye/hand/foot.
• Capability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, carry, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and handle materials.
• Ability to work occasionally in extreme cold, extreme heat, humid, wet, noisy, hazardous, atmospheric, and vibrating conditions.
• Conditional-offer drug test required for safety-sensitive roles.
