Regional Site Manager, Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the "on-site" management, operations, and adherence to regulatory standards for all SBA locations.

• Act as the representative for the Company, nurturing relationships between the Company, Ground Owners, and tenants.

• Ensure safety by maintaining structural integrity and compliance with regulations.

• Conduct and document site safety and compliance inspections.

• Address and/or strive to resolve any safety, regulatory, or operational issues or discrepancies on-site.

• Accurately complete and submit Tenant Installation Notices.

• Manage the prompt resolution of trouble tickets.

• Provide immediate assistance during emergency situations and incident response scenarios.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 3-5 years of experience in field operations.

• Valid Government Issued Driver's License.
