Regional Service Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee a local team of Field Service Technicians (FSTs)

• Act as a connector between FSTs and the Regional Service Director

• Offer detailed application, product, and technical expertise to FSTs

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and participate in risk assessments and root cause analyses

• Conduct performance evaluations in line with company policies and aid in goal setting

• Collaborate closely with the Regional Scheduler to achieve assigned targets

• Travel to customer locations to address urgent high-profile needs

• Generate reports that identify field-related issues along with suggested resolutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent technical school diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field

• 4 years of experience directly servicing MULTIVAC equipment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

• Current valid U.S. driver’s license

• Capability to obtain a passport

• Proficient in reading and interpreting documents such as safety regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals

• Ability to communicate effectively in front of groups of customers or organizational associates
