Regional Service Manager – Imaging

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Supervise and oversee the daily activities of a team of Field Service Engineers (Medical Imaging) in the designated Midwest/Central US region.

• Ensure the provision of exceptional service to clients, compliance with company policies, and accountability for operational and performance objectives.

• Serve as a crucial point of contact between the field team, clients, and corporate leadership.

• Offer leadership, direction, and performance management for field service engineers or Biomed Technicians in the assigned region, guaranteeing high-quality service delivery.

• Manage regional service operations, including scheduling, workload distribution, and resource allocation to effectively meet customer requirements.

• Act as the main escalation point for intricate technical or customer-related issues, coordinating resolutions and ensuring prompt responses.

• Track service metrics, customer satisfaction levels, and operational performance to foster continuous improvement and meet regional objectives.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams—such as parts, logistics, training, and sales—to enhance equipment uptime and ensure customer success.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, company policies, and OEM specifications at the regional level.

• Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of field engineers to cultivate a strong, capable, and engaged regional service team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in service management or a related field.

• Ideal candidate will possess experience in Medical Imaging Service Delivery.

• A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
