This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead, guide, and manage the performance of field service engineers or Biomed Technicians within the designated region to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Supervise regional service operations, encompassing scheduling, workload management, and resource distribution to effectively meet customer demands.
• Act as the main escalation point for intricate technical or customer-related challenges, coordinating resolutions to guarantee prompt outcomes.
• Track service metrics, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency to promote ongoing enhancement and attain regional objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including parts, logistics, training, and sales—to ensure equipment uptime and customer success.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory obligations, company policies, and OEM specifications within the region.
• Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and professional growth of field engineers to cultivate a strong, skilled, and engaged regional service team.
• When applicable, manage the training of personnel to ensure that only qualified individuals are servicing equipment.
• Mentor and develop team members by establishing clear direction, priorities, and expectations; providing consistent feedback; and exemplifying organizational values to nurture a healthy, trust-based culture of accountability and development.
• Driving and vehicle operation are vital responsibilities of this position.

• Preferred experience of 3-5 years in service management or a comparable background.
• The ideal candidate will possess leadership experience in Biomedical / Clinical Engineering Technology Education or equivalent expertise.
• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
