This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Oversee the daily workforce flow, address scheduling challenges, manage vacation plans, and coordinate the emergency service schedule for weekends and evenings.
• Collaborate daily with dispatchers on technician scheduling, service efficiency, adherence to schedules, and fulfillment of contracted services.
• Engage in the onboarding process for new Service Delivery Specialists (SDS) and implement a comprehensive training plan.
• Mentor and empower Technicians to take ownership of their results while providing the necessary tools and resources to help them succeed.
• Recognize individual potential and tailor development activities to align with their skills and talents.
• Supervise technician performance through coaching and guidance under the District Manager's oversight.
• Conduct monthly reviews of district performance with the District Manager to identify areas for improvement in order to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Collaborate with the Parts Department to address parts-related issues, as well as shipping and delivery concerns.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within the customer's organization.
• Take a proactive approach to managing customer relationships to effectively resolve issues and demonstrate value.
• An Associate degree combined with two years of people management experience, OR a combination of Smart Care experience and people management, or education equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree (1.5 years of experience equals 1 year of post-secondary education).
