• Oversee the daily workforce flow, address scheduling conflicts, manage vacation schedules, and coordinate the emergency service schedule for weekends and evenings.
• Collaborate daily with dispatchers on technician scheduling, enhance service efficiency, ensure schedule adherence, and complete contracted services.
• Engage in the onboarding of new Service Delivery Specialists (SDS) and implement a comprehensive training plan.
• Mentor and empower Technicians to take ownership of their results, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
• Recognize the potential in individuals and tailor development activities to match their skills and talents.
• Oversee technician performance through coaching and guidance from the District Manager.
• Review district performance with the District Manager on a monthly basis to identify areas for improvement to meet sales and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with the Parts Department concerning parts issues, shipping, and delivery logistics.
• Actively cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within the customer's organization.
• Take a proactive approach to managing customer relationships to effectively address issues and showcase value.
• An Associate degree combined with two years of people management experience, or a combination of Smart Care experience and people management that equates to a Bachelor’s Degree (1.5 years of experience = 1 year of post-secondary education).
• Proficiency in reading and writing in English is essential.
