This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +4 more states.
• Cultivate ongoing professional relationships with primary decision-makers in organized health systems.
• Deliver access to medical and scientific information regarding Madrigal products, development initiatives, and associated disease areas.
• Collaborate with the Market Access Region Account Director and Key Account Director teams on strategic account planning.
• Implement medical activities that align with the established account plans.
• Coordinate with regional MSLs to address medical and scientific support requirements.
• Act as a resource for Health Systems Senior and Executive Directors as well as market access teams on strategic planning efforts.
• Assist in HEOR activities within regional accounts.
• Provide technical expertise on market access inquiries.
• Attend and support scientific and medical conferences.
• Prepare deliverables planned for post-meeting follow-ups.
• Aid in managing the budget for the Health Systems team.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Report to the Health Systems Senior Director East / West.
• A clinical or scientific degree is required (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD, MS, MPH, etc.).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IDN and payer sectors.
• Capacity to forge peer-to-peer relationships with key decision-makers.
• In-depth understanding of payer and IDN organizational practices.
• Comprehensive knowledge of clinical medicine, managed market environments, pharmacoeconomics, disease management, real-world evidence generation, and medical research.
• Business and market acumen, including quality management, formulary management, and pathway development/management.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional field account teams.
• Strong personal integrity, a collaborative approach, and a focus on customer service.
• Thorough understanding of FDA, OIG, HIPAA, and other relevant pharmaceutical industry guidelines, laws, and regulations.
• Competence in organizing, prioritizing, and working efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Proven project leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, virtual communication platforms such as Zoom and Teams, and Medical Affairs systems like Veeva Vault and CRM tools.
• Strong understanding of US regulations and compliance.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%, including attending scientific meetings over weekends.
