Regional Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee more than 20 CSV customers within the designated territory, which includes OEM and Distribution clients across DE, WV, VA, NJ, MD, NC, and SC.

• Formulate sales strategies and drive sales growth.

• Launch new products and programs, such as Pro Viu Cameras and Mirrors, for fleet customers.

• Sustain and enhance sales with direct OEM and Distribution accounts.

• Perform thorough market research and analyze sales data.

• Provide actionable market insights and sales intelligence to aid in business growth and revenue objectives.

• Spot market opportunities and assess competitive environments.

• Facilitate data-informed decision-making and the formulation of sales strategies.

• Work in collaboration with sales, marketing, and leadership teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline, or over 10 years of experience in place of a degree.

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in sales analysis, market research, business intelligence, sales operations, finance, or product management.

• Proficiency in analyzing sales, customer, market, or operational data to uncover trends and support business decisions.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup formulas, and data visualization techniques.

• Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.

• Capable of summarizing data insights and effectively presenting recommendations to business stakeholders.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Strong attention to detail in validating, maintaining, and interpreting data.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
