This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Taking ownership of and executing the direct sales strategy for the designated territory.
• Building and nurturing essential customer relationships with municipalities, EPCs, consultants, and system integrators.
• Managing intricate, long-cycle sales processes from qualification through to order intake.
• Overseeing pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity data within Salesforce (SFDC).
• Collaborating with internal teams to align on deal strategies, pricing, and execution.
• Representing Trojan & Aquafides Technologies during customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–10 years of experience in direct B2B technical or solution-based sales.
• A background in municipal water treatment, UV disinfection, environmental, or industrial process technology is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in selling complex, engineered systems that involve long sales cycles.
• Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
