
Regional Sales Manager – Value Added Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Analysis of VAS usage rates and identification of target customers
• Development and implementation of strategies to enhance conversion rates
• Training of our dealers' employees (Front Office, Cash Register, Finance) to actively utilize the Value-Added Services
• Close collaboration with the Regional Sales team and product management
• Monitoring of KPIs (DCC take-up rate, revenue per terminal, FX margin)
• Identification of low-performance customers and execution of performance programs
• Creation and delivery of presentations, lectures, and participation in trade shows
• Nationwide travel requirements
• Several years of experience in acquiring, payments, or card environments
• Strong knowledge of credit card processes (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
• Understanding of DCC/FX models, revenue-sharing structures, and financing
• Language skills: Native-level German and business-fluent English
• Proficient PC skills
• Valid Class B driver's license
