This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Regional sales of sophisticated B2B software solutions
• Formulate an effective sales strategy for the Southern region (Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg)
• Build and nurture trusted, long-lasting customer relationships within the sales territory
• Acquire new system partners and potential clients
• Contribute to product development influenced by market dynamics and customer insights
• Represent the company at regional trade fairs and events
• Degree in engineering, business administration, or a similar qualification
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales of complex software solutions and/or IT application consulting
• Familiarity with the security technology and building automation sectors
• Confident demeanor, strong negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in acquiring new business
• Strong customer focus, enthusiasm for product demonstrations, and thoughtful, attentive communication
• Ability to work independently and openness to innovative approaches
• Excellent proficiency in German and English
• Ideally located in Bavaria (or Baden-Württemberg) with a willingness to travel regionally
