This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and implement a territory strategy aimed at consistently surpassing sales quotas within the State and Local, and Education Markets (SLED).
• Take ownership of the entire sales process—from proactive prospecting to closing strategic deals involving multiple stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships across various buying centers within large, multinational corporations.
• Utilize structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC/MEDDPIC to drive opportunities, ensuring proper qualification, process adherence, and accurate forecasting.
• Effectively communicate Cribl’s value proposition to audiences ranging from engineers to C-level executives.
• Focus on customer outcomes and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales journey.
• Work collaboratively across functions, including pre-sales, product, and marketing, to secure high-value opportunities.
• As a remote-first company, be prepared to occasionally perform tasks outside of your standard working hours due to varying time zones.
• Over 7 years of proven success in strategic, complex sales, preferably within high-growth or early-stage organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, build a pipeline, and independently source enterprise opportunities.
• A successful track record of securing and expanding 7-figure deals with Fortune 1000 / G2K clients.
• Experience managing lengthy sales cycles that involve multiple buying centers and executive stakeholders.
• Proficient in selling complex, multi-product technology solutions to a diverse range of personas, both technical and non-technical.
• Familiar with and experienced in MEDDICC/MEDDPIC or other similar structured sales methodologies.
• Capable of crafting and presenting a persuasive business case, focusing on value rather than solely on pain points or features.
• Proven success in selling un-budgeted solutions, winning based on value rather than brand recognition.
• Experience in selling through partners or employing a channel-led approach is an advantage.
• A strong commitment to excellence, accountability, and long-term success, with an average tenure of 2+ years in recent positions.
