This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Recruit, train, and consistently enhance a high-performing team of field sales representatives.
β’ Ensure the attainment of both team and individual sales objectives through strategic guidance and focused performance management.
β’ Assess market conditions and communicate relevant trends or events that may influence sales performance.
β’ Assist in the planning and execution of key trade fairs and industry events.
β’ Collaborate closely with national account teams, marketing, customer service, and professional services to nurture long-term partnerships.
β’ Contribute to the formulation of business plans that align with marketing strategy and corporate goals.
β’ Conduct regular joint field visits to actively support the team and implement best practices.
β’ A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field of study.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and developing successful sales teams, preferably in a B2B context.
β’ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
β’ Fluent in German with good command of the English language.
