This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Engages in the direct sale of enterprise security software solutions across the full range of the company's offerings, driving additional revenue with new clients mainly through adaptable and scalable licensing models.
• This role in field sales is primarily responsible for the planning, prospecting, qualification, and closing of revenue opportunities within the Public Sector in Germany.
• Cultivates post-sale relationships with newly acquired accounts during the initial months by collaborating with internal stakeholders who oversee onboarding, rapid adoption, expansion, and the utilization of flexible licensing models.
• Works effectively with various teams, including Account Managers, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, Channel/Alliances sales teams, Finance, and Customer Support, along with external partners such as Alliance and Channel Partners.
• Possesses expert-level experience and applies professional concepts and company goals to creatively and effectively address complex challenges.
• Has extensive industry knowledge and a thorough understanding of a customer's decision-making process, including their goals, strategies, and business objectives.
• Demonstrates expert-level skills in presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation at all levels of customer interaction.
• Maintains a comprehensive understanding of the business and technical contexts surrounding key account opportunities.
• A motivated self-starter who displays leadership on the account set and inspires others to engage.
• Fully skilled in consultative effectiveness and in building trust with both internal and external customers.
• Possesses thorough knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and the sales lifecycle of security software solutions, as well as the business value concepts of software and the company’s products.
