This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Meet commercial goals and oversee client relationships within the designated territory, including key accounts.
• Sustain and enhance the current client portfolio while also bringing in new accounts.
• Analyze market trends by leveraging knowledge of customers and leading companies within the industry.
• Assist and cooperate on customers’ online strategies.
• Boost brand visibility and introduce new products to clients.
• Provide training to customers and end users regarding product knowledge and proper usage.
• Educational background in technical or commercial fields.
• 5–10 years of experience in sales related to hand tools or similar technical products.
• Enthusiasm for social media and digital marketing.
• Possession of a valid driving license and readiness to travel up to 3 days per week.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of sales processes, commercial operations, and market strategies.
• Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales objectives.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Adequate level of Spanish to effectively manage the Galicia area and collaborate with the Spanish team.
