
Regional Sales Manager – Plumbing Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Carry out strategic external sales initiatives to meet and surpass regional sales targets.
• Enhance market presence by creating new business opportunities and nurturing existing customer relationships.
• Act as the main contact for distributors, contractors, and manufacturers' representatives within the designated territory.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
• Provide training and education to internal teams, contractors, and manufacturer representatives on RectorSeal's Plumbing product range.
• Evaluate market trends, competitive activities, purchasing patterns, and customer requirements to formulate effective growth strategies.
• Recognize customer challenges and deliver value-oriented product solutions.
• Showcase product features, pricing, and service offerings to potential and current customers.
• Represent RectorSeal at industry trade shows, distributor meetings, contractor events, and other Plumbing market engagements.
• Monitor and report on regional sales performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Business Development Managers across various territories to achieve business goals.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven B2B sales management experience.
• Experience in sales through Plumbing wholesale distribution channels.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned region.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must reside in the Eastern Half of the United States.
• Preferred established network within the Plumbing industry.
• Experience collaborating with distributors, contractors, and manufacturer representatives is preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to manage, train, and inspire independent manufacturers' representatives.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and forecasts.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple priorities and reporting obligations.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
