This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and secure potential key accounts for the organization.
• Foster and expand relationships with current customers.
• Independently negotiate and finalize contracts.
• Conduct market research and keep abreast of industry trends.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Introduce your own initiatives and share insights to aid in team development.
• Uphold and promote the company’s values in daily interactions.
• Background in optometry, medical technology, or the healthcare industry.
• Degree in optometry, health sciences, business administration, or a related field.
• Professional experience in account management or sales management.
• Proven success in customer acquisition, account management, and business development.
• Structured, data-driven, and focused methodology.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2).
• Valid Class B driving license.
• Willingness to travel approximately 80% and reside in Eastern Germany (e.g., Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden, or nearby areas).
