Regional Sales Manager – OEM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Market and sell Ebara Standard pump products and accessories within the designated OEM region.

• Identify and formulate strategies to acquire and expand both new and existing OEM accounts.

• Deliver precise product forecasts for the designated OEM accounts.

• Collaborate with management to develop strategies aimed at acquiring new OEM accounts.

• Record calls, emails, meetings, and opportunities using Salesforce CRM.

• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports, including calendar schedules, call reports, and expense reports.

• Coordinate tasks with applications, customer service, field service, and support teams.

• Create and deliver product presentations utilizing samples and available tools.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in engineering or a technical field and/or four years of sales experience with centrifugal pumps.

• Proficient in email communication and skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite software.

• Excellent communication abilities with a talent for developing and leading group presentations.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.

• Willingness to travel using various transportation methods, including private and public options such as car, taxi, bus, train, or airplane.

• Expected to travel at least 50% across multiple transportation modes.

• May require traveling away from the home office for a minimum of 60% of the time.

• Capability to meet regular office demands and travel frequently by car and/or plane.

• Adhering to safety protocols is a prerequisite for employment.
