This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
β’ Formulate a business strategy to exceed sales objectives
β’ Oversee and sustain the complete sales framework from lead generation to closure
β’ Assist clients in recognizing the advantages of Cribl throughout the sales journey
β’ Communicate our value proposition effectively across all levels of the organization, from engineers to CxOs
β’ Provide accurate sales forecasts and consistently meet sales targets
β’ Execute responsibilities beyond standard working hours as necessary
β’ Minimum of 4 years of enterprise security sales experience with a focus on Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT personas (CISO/CIOs)
β’ Experience with at least one early-stage startup with fewer than 1000 employees or demonstrated entrepreneurial abilities throughout career
β’ Proven success in acquiring 5 or more new logos annually and capability to navigate a complex sales process
β’ Experience in executing sales through a channel-driven approach
β’ Ability to generate demand within a territory and sell solutions that are not budgeted
β’ Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology
