This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Implement strategic sales initiatives to meet and surpass revenue goals within the designated territory.
• Acquire leads through networking, participation in industry events, and direct outreach efforts.
• Oversee and convert leads generated by the Marketing Team and other inbound sources.
• Foster new business opportunities and establish robust relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts.
• Comprehend client requirements and challenges, effectively positioning our products and services for their business success.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions, addressing client concerns and objections effectively while achieving target pricing and margins.
• Develop and sustain strong, long-term partnerships with key business allies, industry organizations, and influencers.
• Collaborate closely with Cross-Functional Teams in marketing, product, and customer success to ensure a unified and integrated approach to client engagement.
• Partner with the Marketing Team to enhance the quality of leads being delivered.
• Share field insights to influence product development and marketing strategies.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to prospective clients.
• Monitor industry competitors, emerging products, and market trends to better understand customer-specific needs.
• Sustain a strong sales pipeline and forecasting in CRM to provide clear visibility of short- and long-term opportunities and anticipated revenue.
• Deliver timely reports on business development activities and sales forecasting.
• Exhibit a passion for business development, particularly in acquiring new business.
• Possess demonstrable experience in the B2B enterprise sales landscape, with a proven track record in managing and driving enterprise sales.
• Thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
• Have a history of successful client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Maintain a record of surpassing quotas and closing high-value transactions.
• Be willing to attend industry events and networking opportunities.
