This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Identifies, qualifies, and secures new customer revenue within designated accounts by establishing relationships with key decision makers, often utilizing flexible and scalable licensing models (e.g. Falcon Flex).
• Creates and implements a thorough business strategy for each account, which includes pinpointing essential customer needs and aligning the advantages of CrowdStrike's solutions with those needs.
• Collaborates with internal teams during the onboarding process, accelerates product adoption, facilitates account expansion, and eventually transitions accounts to Account Managers who focus on renewal and expansion after the initial months.
• Responsible for the timely entry of customer contact and activity information into CRM/Marketing software, including details such as names, titles, contact information, opportunity value, product specifics, sales stages, probabilities, business challenges, and firm commitments.
• Takes accountability for precise forecasting, consistent quarterly revenue achievement, and executing agreed-upon account and business plans.
• Advocates for CrowdStrike's products, enhances brand awareness and recognition at all levels, and shares success stories.
• Collects and communicates customer feedback to internal teams regarding products, systems, and processes.
• Primarily conducts work in the field, away from the home or company office, to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
• Possesses expert-level experience and applies professional concepts alongside company objectives to creatively and effectively address complex challenges.
• Holds extensive industry knowledge and comprehension of a customer's decision-making processes, including their goals, strategies, and business objectives.
• Demonstrates expert-level presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation abilities across all levels of customer interaction.
• Maintains a comprehensive "big-picture" understanding of the business and technical contexts surrounding key account opportunities.
• Self-motivated, driven individual who showcases leadership on account sets and inspires others to engage.
• Highly skilled in consultative effectiveness and in building trust with both internal and external customers.
• Possesses thorough knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and the sales lifecycle specific to security software solutions, as well as understanding the business value concepts related to the company’s products.
