This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Oversee sales operations within the Netherlands territory.
• Foster relationships with current clients while identifying and developing new clients in alignment with company strategies.
• Sustain market presence and performance within the existing traditional HiFi channel.
• Cultivate and maintain luxury distribution networks beyond traditional HiFi channels.
• Build and uphold connections with custom installation and interior design sectors.
• Deliver training and coaching to clients, while promoting our products and brand.
• Represent our brand and showcase our products at dealer events, company functions, or other gatherings.
• Provide sales forecasts and strategic plans.
• Regularly gather market data and collaborate with the sales team to devise strategies for business growth.
• Anticipate and oversee demand and inventory levels.
• Maintain close communication and teamwork with European colleagues in sales, marketing, and operations.
• Execute ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
• Several years of experience in key account sales within the HiFi and/or Consumer Electronics sectors, Custom Installation, interior design, or luxury consumer goods.
• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities that reflect our luxury brand image.
• Strong orientation towards sales development with exemplary skills.
• Self-driven and motivated to achieve results.
• Capability to perform under pressure.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region (75% of the time) and occasionally internationally.
• Collaborative team player.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch is essential.
