β’ The Regional Sales Manager collaborates with our clients to enhance their overall digital experience.

β’ As a seasoned and energetic sales professional, you will be accountable for leading and advancing sales initiatives.

β’ To ensure our sales team is well-prepared to assist customers, we have created FLIGHT, an engaging onboarding program.
β’ FLIGHT combines virtual and in-person training at our headquarters, where new sales recruits will engage in dynamic cohorts, fully focused on their training without customer-related distractions.
β’ Experience and understanding of SaaS-based architectures, preferably within the networking and/or security sectors.
β’ Proven experience in selling complex solutions, value selling, and/or consultative sales techniques, ideally targeting local government accounts.
β’ Technical ability to comprehend how technology products and solutions address business challenges.
β’ Skilled in identifying issues, analyzing data, determining root causes, and offering scalable solutions.
β’ Build and maintain relationships with our channel partners to implement a channel-centric go-to-market strategy for our customers.
β’ Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of the complete sales cycle and the capability to adhere to a structured sales process.
β’ Possesses the ability to take a holistic approach to problem-solving by understanding the larger context and considering complex interrelationships and outcomes.
β’ Excellent time management abilities, with the capability to work independently and exercise self-direction.
β’ Proficiency in English and German, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
