This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance revenue growth within the iGaming sector.
• Guide, manage, and mentor the sales team to meet sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, agents, and strategic partners.
• Recognize new business opportunities and strategies for market expansion.
• Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.
• Present the company's products, solutions, and proposals to clients and partners.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to address client needs and support sales initiatives.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements.
• Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the iGaming industry, ideally in sales or business development.
• Experience in leading, managing, and coaching a sales team.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and fostering partnerships.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (fluency is not essential).
• Strong presentation abilities, with experience delivering to clients and partners.
• Capable of preparing and presenting clear and persuasive sales and business proposals.
• Solid understanding of iGaming products, platforms, and market dynamics.
• An existing network within the industry is highly advantageous.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
