This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Drive regional sales growth through structured customer engagement, effective opportunity management, and timely closure of deals.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans for OEMs, Tier-1s, and key customers, regularly reviewing performance and growth potential.
• Establish robust, multi-level relationships within engineering, procurement, quality, and leadership functions.
• Articulate Klüber’s value proposition by utilizing technical expertise, application knowledge, benchmarking data, and ROI-based selling techniques.
• Utilize Klüber’s test rigs, OEM approvals, and application capabilities to provide distinctive product and service solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations within sanctioned pricing and margin frameworks, managing risks and ensuring compliance.
• Maintain a high standard of CRM pipeline discipline to support accurate forecasting, reporting, and sales governance.
• Assist and develop channel partners by enhancing pipeline quality, technical capabilities, and adherence to territorial and pricing standards.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and OEM developments; identify opportunities for new approvals and aftermarket growth.
• Discover new product or application opportunities, support trials, and furnish structured market and competitor intelligence.
• Ensure effective execution from order to cash, resolving issues and upholding high standards of customer service.
• An engineering degree accompanied by a full-time MBA.
• At least 15 years of B2B technical/industrial sales experience, with a preference for the Automotive sector.
• Demonstrated experience in managing OEMs, Tier-1 customers, and channel partners in South India (TN, KA, AP, TG, KL).
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and expertise in value-based selling.
• Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Hindi.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
