Regional Sales Manager – Fire and Life Safety products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to promote Ajax’s newly introduced EN54 line for commercial fire applications across North, West, and South India.

• Identify, assess, and onboard new Fire Installers throughout the region to ensure coverage in pivotal markets and sectors.

• Collaborate with Consultants, Architects, and Design firms to specify Ajax’s products effectively.

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

• Analyze market data to formulate and implement successful sales strategies.

• Prepare and present engaging presentations to prospective clients and partners.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.

• Oversee and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.

• Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or surpass assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on both quarterly and annual bases.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in fire and life safety or a related industry in the North, West, and South regions of India.

• Strong technical understanding of fire alarm certifications, standards, and market requirements.

• Well-connected with leading fire alarm Installers, Consultants, Architects, and Design firms.

• Demonstrated success in managing the complete sales process, from recognizing new business opportunities to developing proposals and presentations, negotiating, and closing deals.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts at the executive level.

• Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate market trends, identify customer needs, and create effective solutions.

• Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
