
Regional Sales Manager – EMEA South

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Develop and oversee a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities throughout EMEA South, with a focus on Italy.
• Create and implement account strategies for designated enterprise prospects.
• Manage intricate sales processes from initial qualification to final closing.
• Interact with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives in HR, Finance, and Compensation.
• Clearly communicate beqom’s value proposition through consultative, value-based selling techniques.
• Construct business cases, ROI assessments, and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams on demonstrations, opportunity strategies, and deal execution.
• Represent beqom at various events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Over 5 years of experience in quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales.
• Demonstrated success in closing high-value, complex deals.
• Familiarity with selling in Italy or across the EMEA South region.
• Excellent consultative selling abilities and a knack for building trust with senior stakeholders.
• Experience within HR Tech, Compensation Management, Pay Equity, Performance Management, or similar SaaS solutions is highly desirable.
• Previous experience selling to Financial Services or large enterprise clients is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on presentation and active listening.
• Self-motivated, organized, resilient, and capable of working independently.
• Proficient in English; Italian language skills are a distinct advantage.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM tools.
• Competitive OTE with uncapped commission structure.
• Flexibility for remote or hybrid work arrangements, depending on location.
