This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee and enhance assigned customer accounts to foster revenue growth.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders in purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, and supplier quality functions.
• Facilitate pricing negotiations and oversee purchase agreements for designated accounts.
• Assist and cultivate distribution partners to expand Littelfuse's business in the region.
• Provide sales leadership and coordination during customer escalations.
• Showcase and advocate for Littelfuse products directly to customers and at relevant trade shows and industry events.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• A technical degree is preferred (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics).
• At least 7 years of experience in automotive component or sub-system sales.
• OEM and/or Tier I/II experience is strongly preferred.
• Direct experience with electronic components and automotive applications is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience working in a multinational environment.
• International sales experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in the English language.
