This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Identify, cultivate, and assess new business opportunities while driving deals from inception to completion.
• Build and sustain an opportunity pipeline, providing weekly sales forecasts.
• Formulate the overall capture strategy.
• Identify necessary internal and external support and foster strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate solution implementation at customer sites as required to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Engage in high-level discussions with senior executives from prospective accounts.
• Establish, nurture, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Lead the creation of customer profiles that encompass customer needs, challenges, aspirations, and biases.
• Oversee and coordinate competitive assessments, analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of Echodyne solutions and potential competitors in the defense market.
• Foster mutually beneficial relationships with defense-focused Integrators and Resellers.
• Consistently meet and/or surpass revenue targets and KPIs, with appropriate compensation for achievements.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and represent Echodyne at conferences and testing sites.
• Manage customer relationships post-sale to ensure business expansion and renewal.
• Monitor closed deals and win-loss performance, sharing insights and challenges to enhance team efficiency, improvement, and sales effectiveness!
• Perform other related tasks as necessary to meet business needs.
• Outstanding performance in selling to defense and security markets.
• Experience in integrating products with Video Management Systems utilized by leading clients.
• Proven history of securing new business across the region and exceeding sales quotas.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up abilities.
• Strong technical aptitude with the capability to clearly convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to develop a regional sales plan that aligns with the overarching corporate strategy.
• Excellent forecasting and qualification capabilities.
• Experienced in leading meetings and presentations with executive-level stakeholders throughout the region.
• Demonstrated success in selling to large regional programs alongside cross-functional partners.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle, complex field sales experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in selling to the defense sector.
