Regional Sales Manager – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve order and sales objectives within the Nanomed product lines and services, while also engaging in growth initiatives.

• Oversee territory forecasts and sales funnel for enhanced visibility and timely closure within the CRM system, driving proactive sales efforts to meet regional goals; actively seek new opportunities and expand through cross-selling across xBU/xOpCo within RNA Workflow and Cell Therapy Workflow.

• Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives by formulating and executing a region and account-specific sales strategy using various techniques, including but not limited to value selling.

• Effectively navigate and manage intricate sales negotiations.

• Engage in and manage a multi-step sales process for both capital instruments and consumables while coordinating with stakeholders, including C-suite executives.

• Exhibit strong scientific knowledge to effectively engage in consultative sales practices.

• Present technology and application overviews, often alongside your FAS, to communicate Nanomed and Cytiva value propositions tailored to customer needs, resolving customer issues by leveraging extensive knowledge in business processes, Nanomed and Cytiva solutions, and domain expertise, as well as coordinating with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to product management and operational teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in a Life Sciences discipline is mandatory.

• A PhD and strong knowledge in nanomedicine or a background in cell/molecular biology are advantageous.

• Relevant experience in a commercial role, ideally within the biotechnology sector; a minimum of five years of experience is preferred.

• Proven ability to think strategically and collaborate directly with customers at all levels of the organization, from Process Development scientists to C-Level executives.

• Demonstrated proficiency in the selling process and a track record as a collaborative team player.

• Willingness to travel over 40% within the designated territory or locations.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
