Regional Sales Manager East

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide personalized support and guidance to our travel agency partners.

• Represent the company and showcase our tourism offerings.

• Foster the growth of our existing agency relationships.

• Enhance brand visibility within travel agencies to boost presence.

• Expand and cultivate our travel agency distribution network.

• Organize and facilitate presentations, training sessions, familiarization trips, and events.

• Assist our travel agency partners in executing sales promotion activities.

• Actively observe the market and conduct market analyses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed education in tourism, such as training as a travel agent (m/f/d).

• Experience in travel sales or field sales is required.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in delivering presentations.

• Willingness and flexibility to travel, including familiarization trips and participation in conferences and trade fairs.

• Ability to work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner.

• Open-minded, empathetic, and dedicated personality.

• Must reside in the region.
