This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• In the role of Regional Sales Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact for opportunities and accounts within your territory, collaborating closely with our channel partners and Seagull Software’s Sales Team to meet sales and company objectives.
• Play an active role in reaching sales and company targets.
• Develop strategies and tactics to cultivate your territory and engage new opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively with partners to secure opportunities and enhance existing customer engagement.
• Lead the enterprise sales process when necessary to secure significant and high-value deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with current channel partners, while identifying, nurturing, recruiting, and onboarding new ones.
• Meet key objectives aimed at increasing the number of partners within the territory.
• Enhance brand visibility by participating in trade shows (industry events), hosting webinars, and assisting partners in generating deal flow.
• Work with marketing to formulate and implement plans that bolster the partner network in increasing their deal flow.
• Offer product and program training for channel partners via webinars and product demonstrations.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for potential customers, serving as a resource to enhance customer product knowledge and expedite deal flow.
• Assist in the preparation of responses to RFP, RFI, and POC requests.
• Engage in regular deal reviews, providing monthly updates on sales activities and forecasting sales by territory and key partners.
• Utilize BarTender-specific sales processes to track all opportunities exceeding a predetermined dollar amount.
• Manage and monitor all opportunities in the CRM as per company standards.
• Keep management informed about market conditions and competitive trends in the region.
• Communicate new features and enhancement requests to BarTender product management.
• Discuss activities, opportunities, and issues with your direct supervisor at least bi-weekly or as necessary.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B software and SaaS business development, channel management, and direct sales targeting medium to enterprise-sized customers.
• Proficiency in Portuguese, along with professional-level written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Background in the labeling, barcode, and AIDC technology sectors is a plus.
• A strong drive to achieve results.
• Proven track record of meeting sales objectives through a partner channel, as well as successful direct and indirect enterprise sales.
• Demonstrated ability to determine when to approach prospective customers directly in a partner sales model and when to intervene in the sales process.
• Familiarity with strategic selling and consultative selling methodologies, with a proven record of success in such environments.
• Experience presenting technical concepts clearly to customers in both one-on-one and group settings, including presentations and demonstrations.
• History of crafting successful proposals.
• Experience selling complementary technologies that integrate with mid-market to enterprise ERP, WMS, and MES systems.
• Exceptional communication (both verbal and written) and presentation abilities, capable of engaging both executive and technical audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive sales pursuits to completion, coordinating technical, marketing, and upper management resources as necessary throughout the sales cycle.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% to attend industry events and visit partner/customer locations as required within the territory.
