Regional Sales Manager – Digital Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be tasked with the strategic growth and enhancement of our urology network within your designated area.

• You will cultivate focused partnerships with specialist physicians, managing relationships from initial outreach through to long-term engagement.

• You will assess your clients' needs and communication preferences.

• You will establish yourself as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor, engaging on an equal level.

• You will represent Kranus Health at medical congresses and exhibitions.

• You will strategically utilize platforms to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.

• You will manage your region autonomously, prioritize tasks independently, and monitor progress using clearly defined KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a degree in Health Management, Sports Science, Nutritional Science, or a related discipline.

• You have a minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in Business Development, field sales, or healthcare sales.

• You have a demonstrated history of successfully building customer relationships.

• You are skilled at systematically developing and maintaining networks.

• You communicate with confidence and persuasiveness, whether engaging with specialist physicians, at trade shows, or during internal team discussions.

• You work methodically, prioritize tasks independently, and maintain clarity even in a rapidly growing environment.

• You hold a Class B driving license.

• You are fluent in German and have a confident command of English.
